Must see exhibitions in August – Jenna Packer

In August, WARREN FEENEY’s list of 10 exhibitions include an encounter with a remote coral atoll in the Cook Islands, an exhibition playing with the idea of walking through a drawing, and three artists collectively making multimedia works.

1. Jenna Packer, Paper Road

PG Gallery192, 192 Bealey Ave, Christchurch. Until August 8.

Paper Road positions its presence as an invitation to its “common lands”, equally aiming to raise issues and questions about “displacement and resistance”.
